Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from ENFi at enfifoundation.org, operated by HERSHAL HAWKINS LIMITED.

We sell exclusively digital products, including eBooks, digital guides, and educational materials. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital and access is provided electronically after purchase, digital products cannot be physically returned.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download, the purchase is generally considered final, except as described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund when:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you received the wrong digital product due to a technical error;
• the digital file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement;
• a technical problem on our side prevents us from delivering the purchased product;
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review the issue.

Download or Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product, please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

You may also access your order confirmation or contact us so that we can verify the delivery status and, when appropriate, resend access to the purchased material.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund has been issued by us, the time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

No Physical Returns

Because ENFi sells digital products only:

• no physical return address is required for product returns;
• customers are not required to mail any item back to us;
• there are no return shipping fees.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
